The United States Postal Service (USPS) provides a number of shipping alternatives, each with its own rate and delivery date. According to the USPS, standard mail takes two to eight business days to arrive.
A second delivery option is First Class Mail. For First Class Mail (up to 13 ounces), the delivery window is one to three business days. There is no information on the delivery schedule for deliveries within the same state. Priority Mail is a third shipping option that reduces the delivery time to one, two, or three business days, depending on the origin and destination addresses. Unless it falls on a national holiday, Saturday is considered a business day.
