After making a transaction, a consumer receives a confirmation receipt or email that includes a Delta confirmation code. To view her itinerary, make any changes or additions to her booking, or check in online, a ticket holder must log into My Trips with her confirmation number.
If a consumer is unable to locate her confirmation number, she can use her Delta SkyMiles number and PIN to check in. She can also contact the reservations department for assistance if she knows her name and the details of her reservation, such as the flight number, travel date, and departure and arrival cities.
