On AmeriGroup.com, you may find a list of optometrists and ophthalmologists who accept AmeriGroup. Go to the website, choose the appropriate United States state, and then click Find a Doctor.
AmeriGroup currently serves the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, and Nevada. New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington are among the other states served by this insurance firm. AmeriGroup plans are also available in Virginia and Ohio through INTotal Health.
Click on one of the states from the list to find an eye care provider. Click Find the Doctor at the top of the AmeriGroup homepage for that state. To access the provider directory, select the desired state once more and click the green Search Now button. You can search for other available providers or enter known information about a specific optometrist or ophthalmologist.
Enter the state, ZIP code, and radius in which you want service to search by provider type. After that, choose your existing health-care provider. From the Provider drop-down menu, choose Doctor. Depending on your eye care needs, select Optometry, Ophthalmology, or both options from the Select a Specialty or Service menu. Wait for a page to appear that lists all doctors who satisfy the search parameters. To make the results more or less particular, you can do a fresh search with other criteria.
